Linzo Contracting Limited executed the construction of internal access roads and an integrated drainage system at the NOGAPS site in Odukpani, Cross River State. The scope of work included site clearing, earthworks, subgrade preparation, pavement construction, and the installation of reinforced concrete drains to ensure effective stormwater management. The project was delivered in compliance with applicable engineering standards, emphasizing durability, safety, and long-term performance to support smooth internal logistics and mitigate flooding within the facility.
The internal road layout was engineered to support heavy-duty industrial traffic while ensuring safe and efficient movement within the facility. Adequate cambering, layering, and mechanical compaction were applied to improve pavement strength and extend service life. The drainage system was carefully aligned and graded to prevent water stagnation, erosion, and surface deterioration. High-quality construction materials were utilized in line with NOGAPS specifications and relevant regulatory standards. All works were executed with strict adherence to quality control, health and safety, and environmental management requirements.
